Content that actually gets made
Live
The usual failure is not bad content. It is no content. So we remove the excuses: one guided shoot a month, then we cut it into weeks of short video, posts and carousels, write the captions, and schedule them on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
You approve the plan. You do not edit anything.
Ads that point at bookings
Live
Facebook and Instagram lead ads, with conversion tracking set to the actions that matter, so the platform learns from booked leads instead of cheap clicks. The offer is rewritten until it is clear in two seconds. Creative is tested weekly: keep the winners, kill the losers.
Ad spend is paid to Meta directly, and you can see every dollar.
Every lead caught and alerted
Live
Every form fill lands in your CRM with where it came from, and the office gets an email the minute it does. A daily check compares what Meta says it delivered with what actually arrived, so a broken connection cannot go unnoticed for weeks.
Forms collect name, phone and email. Nothing about a condition.
Local and AI-search visibility
Live
Google Business Profile posts every week, consistent name, address and phone across the listings, and a monthly check of what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI answer for fifteen real questions, such as who the best chiropractor in town is. We record who gets named, then fix what we can.
More people now ask an AI before they ask Google. Few agencies measure it.
Numbers you can read
Live
A monthly report in plain English: leads, cost per lead, booked, showed up, new patients. A lead is not a patient, so we track what happens after the lead with a simple outcome log your front desk fills in.
If a number is bad, it is in the report.

These two pieces are built and proven at one practice. We are adding them to a small group of new clients first, and I set up and tune each one personally. New clients who start by January 31, 2027 (first 5 spots) get Front Desk and Review Capture together for $549 a month instead of the regular $694, locked for 12 months, with a 3-month minimum and a short testimonial once you are seeing results. Ask about it on your free call.
Front Desk: what we plan to do
- Reply to every new message right away, including after hours
- Text back missed calls
- Book appointments and send reminders
- Answer routine appointment replies
- Follow up with leads who go quiet, and with no-shows
- Alert the office by text and email the moment a lead needs a person
- Report monthly and tune the wording with you
Purpose: no first message waits for a person to be free. Routine questions get answered, and anything that matters is handed to the office.
Review Capture: what we plan to do
- Text every patient after the visit with one rating question
- Send everyone the Google review link, never only the happy ones
- Alert the office to call anyone who rates low, with no health details in the alert
- Keep public replies free of anything about someone’s care
- Ask each patient at most once every 90 days
Purpose: make asking for a review a habit instead of something the front desk forgets, and give the office the first chance to fix a bad experience.
A front desk that answers after hours
Pilot
When we audited 174 patient conversations at one practice, 74% of first messages arrived after hours and 45% had no recorded reply. This piece closes that gap: an instant first reply, missed-call text-back, appointment booking, reminders, and follow-up for no-shows.
It is built to hand off to a human, and it never asks for health details by text.
