What we collect, and why.

What you give us
If you ask for a free video audit, we collect your name, business name, Instagram handle, email, and an optional phone number. If you book a call, the booking calendar collects the details you enter there. If you email us, we keep the email.
What we do with it
We use it to make your audit, send it to you, and follow up about it or about booking a call. It is stored in GoHighLevel, the system we use to keep our contacts. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
The audit and your Instagram
We only look at what is public on your Instagram. We never ask for a password and never post, message, or follow from your account. When you ask for an audit you agree that we may use the audit video, including what it shows from your public Instagram, as content on our own social media. You can ask us to keep your business name out of it, or to take it down, by emailing us.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Please do not send health information
Do not put health or patient information in our forms or emails. We do not need it.
Deleting your information
Email cade@chcreativemarketing.com and we will delete what we hold about you.
